The Audubon Society of Central Maryland - Mount Airy The Audubon Society of Central Maryland (ASCM) is an all-volunteer, non profit organization whose members share an active interest in wildlife in general and birding in particular, along with an overriding concern for the well-being of our shared environment. The Maryland Ornithological Society The Maryland Ornithological Society (MOS) is a nonprofit, statewide organization of people who are interested in birds and nature. It was founded in 1945 and incorporated in 1956 to promote the study and enjoyment of birds. The Howard County Bird Club - Columbia The Howard County Bird Club (HCBC), founded in 1972, is a chapter of the Maryland Ornithological Society. We share an interest in birds and in natural history. Our activities, including programs and field trips, are open to the public. Cecil Bird Club The Cecil Bird Club is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the understanding and enjoyment of wild birds, as well as the conservation of avian habitats.
