The Michigan Bluebird Society is a group of individuals dedicated to helping Eastern Bluebirds and other cavity-nesting bird species in the state of Michigan. Our mission is to improve the nesting success of these birds through education of our members and the general public, as well as promoting active nest box management and habitat improvement.
Birdwatch.com is a site designed to provide information for the bird enthusiast in a clear, uncluttered and relevant manner. Realizing that many bird watchers and birders are looking for new places to visit, we have tried to find places where birds congregate which have easily accessible bird populations. If you have a birding location that you feel will be of interest, just fill in the Bird Location submission form and send it in to be included in the Bird Location database. We will give you personal credit for the bird location inclusion.
We feel that membership of Bird Clubs is a great way to further interest in birds and bird locations, and a great way to meet other birders, share birding information and socialize with like minded people.
